Orders & shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses within the United States only.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 2 business days and delivered within 7–10 business days.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $99 or more. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $9.95. See our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order before it ships; after it ships, you can return it under our return policy.

Returns

What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

What if my fixture arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund.

Products & installation

Are bulbs included?
Check the product description for each fixture, as this varies by product. Integrated LED fixtures have built-in light sources and don't need bulbs.

Are the lights dimmable?
Fixtures marked "dimmable" work with a compatible dimmer switch. For other fixtures, dimming depends on the bulbs you use.

Do I need an electrician?
Most of our ceiling lights, chandeliers, pendants and sconces are hardwired. For your safety, we recommend installation by a licensed electrician.

How do I choose the right size?
